Processing Time
Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3 business days from Florida. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is a flat $10 per order, with free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Express Shipping is available for an additional fee of $20.

Where We Ship
Petal & Leaf Market ships throughout the United States, including all 50 states.

Live Plant Shipping
Plants are packaged with care to help protect them during transit. Depending on the plant and shipping conditions, plants may occasionally be shipped bare root when that is the safest option.

Because plants are living things, they may experience temporary stress during shipping. Slight wilting, a few damaged leaves, soil displacement, or minor cosmetic blemishes can occur and generally do not affect the long-term health of the plant.

Weather & Transit Delays
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transit times are outside our direct control. Please monitor your tracking information and bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery, especially during periods of extreme heat or cold.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Petal & Leaf Market cannot be responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost because an incorrect address was provided at checkout.
